Captain's Cottage: impresionante cabaña con vista al mar y a la montaña, aire acondicionado

We had a lovely time at the cottage. The views are phenomenal and the house is very well appointed. There are many spots to lounge outside if the weather is nice, and we ate most meals on the patio. The grill was great to cook up some salmon we caught and the property had all the proper pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Our host was very communicative and checking in was super easy. The location cannot be beat as it is a 15 minute walk to the Snug Cove ferry and close to all the shops in town. We also enjoyed a great hike around Lake Killarney that was walking distance from the property. The one negative was that the house had lots of flies inside; a problem that didn't get resolved while we were there. We appreciated that the host dropped off some bug spray but it was ultimately a bigger problem with a dead animal in the ceiling that bug spray couldn't fix. I think it was bad luck on our end but I would message the host before booking just to make sure it's been resolved.

Captain’s Cottage is absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location. We had a great time as we needed a comfortable place while we went to and fro from our son’s wedding on a farm on Bowen Island. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. It was great to spend time with our granddaughter on Pebble Beach while she swam and picked blackberries. Thank you for hosting our lovely few days in Bowen. A wonderful memory

Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor spaces with covered decked, rain, who cares!!

Great spot in a great location. Place was fully stocked with everything you need the kitchen & more. Beds were comfy & the big table by window was our favorite spot for family games. We will be back! Thanks for everything.

Celebrated with my girlfriends here and had a wonderful stay! The beds were SO comfortable and we loved how we could walk into town if we didnt feel like driving. Also super close to the beach! Loved it!
