Relaxing 1 bdr + den rainforest retreat with patio

This is not a Rainforest Retreat. Broken appliances and chairs. No attention to detail. Positive: I liked the location. Lots of space and view was nice through the windows that had been cleaned. Negative: For $500/night I expected a much better experience. The space was nice and relatively clean, however the windows and skylights were dirty. hair dryer didn't work. left previous guests recycling. no soap in the bathroom. dirty patio chairs. no patio table. broken wooden chair in the garden. broken steps to the garden. Although grateful had a space to land during my niece's wedding weekend, the hosts really don't pay any attention to the details of their home. felt offended. I would not stay here again. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Too many missed details and broken appliances and chairs. The property manager was available which I appreciated but did not offer a discount.
